Conference Weekend

Hey ya'll.  We got to go down to Salt Lake this weekend for General Conference and Cambria's cousin Liz's baby shower. We have had a good time watching General Conference, eating good food and visiting with family.  The drive down was good with some rain storms here and there. We tried something new and took two passengers down to Salt Lake for a little fee of gas.  One of them was a one-way and the other we are taking back in a couple of hours with us.
We are pleased to announce that we have been married for 81 days!!  That's so awesome.  We love our new life together in Rexburg, but don't like Rexburg as much as marriage.  School is good and things are going extremely well... this view will change a little when the snow starts to fall.
We have both been trying to find jobs in the job-barren town of Rexburg and haven't had that good of luck, but remain optimistic that things will turn out.  Cambria is the best cook that I have had the privilege of eating from in some time (I haven't had my mom's cooking for like a month and a half, and I'm kinda partial... you know).  She made some mean skillet lasagna.
Mmm!!
Lately, I have had the awesome experience of participating in intramural sports and having a blast doing it.  I am on a flag football team and a pretty competitive basketball team.  So far, I have failed to play a game without getting punched or cut in some way.  Ha-ha, that's church ball for you.  Our B-ball team has lost one and won one, and our football team has won three and lost none so far.
General Conference has been very good this weekend and I would recommend listening to it for those who are reading this and have never had the experience.  We love you all and thank you for your comments!  God bless.
