Help!
Brecken had his 4 month check up and immunizations yesterday at 2 p.m. He cried and cried and then fell asleep at around 2:30. The only thing he has been doing since is either crying, eating, or sleeping. Its been 24 hrs since he had his shots and I am getting really nervous. I have been looking up adverse reactions to shots and I think I am freaking myself out, but some of it seems pretty legitimate www.nvic.org. I have read on other websites that it is normal for babies to be sleepy for up to 48 hrs after they have shots but is that really normal? Isn't that a big red flag that immunizations are traumatic to their little immune systems if they sleep for 2 day after they get them? I have a bad feeling about immunizations now and don't want Brecken to get anymore but I want to know what you other moms think!

In my non "mom" but medical experience I think that not getting more immunizations is a terrible idea and I am happy to talk to you more about it when you are in town. Just because Brecken is sleepy because of his immunizations doesn't mean you shouldn't do more-do you want him to get sick or potentially die from a preventable disease? XOXO
